Customer-focused and business-minded, Josh combines nearly two decades of B2B sales and marketing experience to quickly and expertly cut through barriers to growth.

Josh isn't just a salesperson or a marketer, he's a well-rounded business leader who's just as comfortable discussing P&Ls as he is digging into the emotions and behaviors of buyers and sellers.

Building sustainable growth requires someone who can see the big picture, but also knows when to zoom in on the details. Josh does just that, and consistently delivers solid growth strategies.

Kathleen Riessen

Principal Advisor & Consultant

Kathleen's kids tell her that she knows someone everywhere she goes...and that's pretty accurate. Kathleen has a vast network that spans the world.

She started her two decade professional career as a Public Auditor at KPMG, then moved into marketing roles, including starting her own marketing consulting firm. In 2018, she sold her firm and focused on mastering her emotional intelligence skills through intensive professional training. These skills, combined with her business prowess, allow her to quickly and expertly guide leaders and businesses to growth.
